lift 45
a 45-minute strength class designed to challenge your entire body. each member has their own station to lift with focus - moving through structured strength blocks using dumbbells, barbells, + functional equipment. expect intentional programming, expert coaching, + measurable progress - all in a focused small group setting that keeps you accountable.
glow 30
a 30-minute, coach-guided active recovery session designed to help you move better, recover faster, and leave feeling recharged. rotate through red light therapy, guided mobility, breathwork, and vibration-based circulation work to support muscle repair, reduce stiffness, and reset your nervous system.
step 30
30 minutes of high-energy step cardio that feels more like a dance party than a workout.
lift + glow 45
strength meets recovery. begin with a 30-minute coach-led strength class, then transition into a 15-minute guided glow recovery session using red light therapy, mobility work, and circulation tools to help your body recover faster and perform better.
core + cardio 30
a 30-minute class designed to build core strength + elevate your heart rate. expect focused intervals that combine functional cardio with targeted core work. each class is structured to challenge your stability, improve endurance, and leave you feeling energized.
glow recovery session
a 30-minute, self-guided session designed to help your body reset, recharge, and recover —on your schedule.
move at your own pace and choose from red light therapy, PEMF, compression, and vibration to reduce soreness, improve circulation, and relax.

private lift
a one-on-one strength session tailored entirely to you. your coach will design and guide a customized workout based on your goals, experience, and needs. whether you’re building strength or ready for more individualized attention, private lift provides focused coaching, custom programming, and intentional progress. private lift is ideal for beginners, injury modifications, or clients with specific goals.

we keep classes intentionally small so you receive real coaching, not just supervision.

wear workout clothes and bring water. we’ll handle the rest.

you may cancel a class without penalty, as long as you unenroll at least 8 hours prior to the start of class.
for unlimited members, late cancellation or no shows will result in a $15 charge.
for session pack members, late cancellation or no shows will result in a loss of a credit.
