each 30-minute session is booked by individual station, choosing one recovery method per session.

red light + vibration therapy

best for: full body recovery, muscle soreness, + skin health

this station combines red light therapy with gentle vibration to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery at the cellular level.

compression boots use rhythmic air pressure to flush out waste, improve circulation, and support muscle recovery.

  • when you book a glow recovery session, you’ll select the specific recovery service you want during the booking process. each recovery option is listed separately, allowing you to choose exactly what your body needs that day.

    most people use glow to relax, recover, or decompress, so the environment naturally stays peaceful. each station is thoughtfully spaced to give you your own personal recovery experience.

  • yes. many clients come in with friends + recover together.

    simply book individual glow recovery sessions at the same time, and you’ll be in the glow recovery space together. you can relax, recover, and reset side by side while using your own recovery station.

  • wear comfortable clothing. for red light therapy, increased skin exposure may enhance benefits, so tank tops and/or shorts are ideal.

    glow recovery is a shared, scheduled space, and members remain fully clothed.

  • no. recovery sessions can be used on their own or alongside classes.

  • you may cancel a session without penalty, as long as you unenroll at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled start.

    for unlimited members, late cancellation or no shows will result in a $15 charge.

    for session pack members, late cancellation or no shows will result in a loss of a credit.
